changing DEP doesn´t make a difference; CPU is an Intel Core 2 Duo

I have tried switching on and off DEP - and it doesn´t make any difference.

Referring to your Screenshot- my DEP screen states "Your computer's processor supports hardware-based DEP."

My CPU is an Intel Core 2 Duo 6700 @2,66 GHz.
